Yup, I'm with you. With how hit-or-miss they tend to be, ratings-wise, I'm amazed studios still make proper space operas at all.

Ah well, I'm hardly complaining; they're my favourite sort of, well, thing. Whether film, TV series, novel or video game, chances are I'll like it more if it's a space opera. That's what being raised on a steady diet of Star Trek: The Next Generation will do to you, I suppose.
